    With years of experience in the corporate world, I have developed expertise in strategic planning, operational management, client relations, and content creation. Now, I leverage this knowledge to support brands and entrepreneurs by reducing administrative workload, strengthening their digital presence, and optimizing professional processes.

    3. Missed Appointments or Delays - Clients are responsible for showing up on time for scheduled meetings or providing necessary materials. Delays caused by the client may impact timelines and will not warrant a refund.

    4. Cancellations - Service packages and retainers are non-refundable once work has begun. Clients may cancel future services, but no refunds will be issued for unused time.
